GOODRETURNFIT started as the story of my health journey that I have documented on social media since September 2018. The name is inspired by my family ties to the historical ship "Good Return" out of New Bedford, Massachusetts. More importantly this struck me as a perfect name for both my journey back to health and happiness, as well as inspiring others to make a “good return” of their own.
