You have the right to return or exchange any apparel item within 14 days of receipt, with the following exceptions:
- Damaged items
- Worn or soiled items
- Item has been altered
Items described on this list of exceptions won't be accepted for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The return window expires 14 business days after final delivery. Please do not request returns, exchanges, or refunds after 14 days.
Once your return is approved, I will refund the price of the item(s) through the same method you used to pay for your original order.
